Inspired Best of everything

This little bird is so stinkin' cute! This is one of my new favorite sets from the 2011-2012 Idea book and catalog.
I was inspired to make this card when I saw one from Dawn Olchefske. I used our new stripes embossing folder and new dotted scallop ribbon. Along with the Best of Everything stamp set. I think it makes a great "man" card...don't you?

Thank you quilt card

 

Here is the matching Thank you card for the baby boy quilt package from last week. Run through the lattice die and add details. Super Simple, but looks gorgeous!

Scrap the scraps!

 

We all have those scraps we just can't bare to throw away! Here is a great way to use them!
I cut out 2x2 inch squares from left over pieces of Designer paper I couldn't bare to throw away. Make 6 columns across and 4 down. Depending on the size of the picture, you may not need the squares in the middle. Add some ribbon on top and a few brads and there you have it!

Leadership

So,I finally got around to scrapping some of my leadership pictures. One of the things I love most about Stampin' Up is how much they love their demonstrators! Here is a page I made of Managers Reception. It was so much fun! It was held at the famous Wild Horse Saloon in Nashville, TN! The night was full of surprises & fun.

Baby Boy package

 

I love this technique! I made this for the store for a baby shower package. The top note die so versatile. This is a great way to use your scraps of paper. Mount your scraps onto cardstock, run it through the Big Shot with the Top Note die. Run the top note that you just cut out through the lattice embossing folder and then mount it onto a standard size card (5.5 x 4.25). Add whatever details you would like. Draw lines to create a faux stiched look.
It is such an easy technique.
