Hey Stampers & scrappers!
You're Amazing! You really are! This is a new stamp set from the 2012-2013 catalog called YOU'RE AMAZING.
I really love this set because it will make some really great masculine cards. It is super versatile. On this card, I used the new In color called Midnight Muse and Baja Breeze. I embossed the midnight layer with the houndstooth folder and made a top note from the big shot.
I stamped the hot air balloon image using our name foam ink pads. I let it dry for about a minute, then went to town sponging. Be sure to drag the sponge, don't pounce. I Started with the lightest color first and slowly progressed to the darkest.
When I finished sponging, I used a sponge with our whisper white ink and pounced on a few spots to create the clouds.
I finished it off with a greeting from the ITTY BITTY BANNERS set and some baker's twine. I also used some of our frost white shimmer spray just to give it a bit of shimmer.

Blue Ribbon
Hey stampers & scrappers!
Today I sat down to play with one of the new free sets Stampin' Up gave me. It's called Blue Ribbon (125979).
I am always looking for masculine sets to use. This set is so great because it can be a birthday card, congrats, or so much more! I broke out my good 'ole crimper on some whisper white card stock & sponged the edges with basic gray.
I combined the twitter pated DSP with some cajun craze & Baja card stock, and also some cork. A few brads & viola!
Keep your eyes peeled for my next post and you can see how I created a different card using the same colors & products!
Happy Stampin'!

Hey stampers & scrappers!
So, I have been doing a lot of My Digital Stuido pages lately. I absolutely love creating using our same Stampin' Up products just on the computer!
A few weekends ago I went on a yearly scrapbooking weekend with 2 of my closest friends. It was back to paper scrapping' and boy did I miss it! Here is one of the many layouts I created that weekend. I hope it gives you some inspiration and gets you scrappin'!
Feel like you've lost your scrappin' Mojo?! Join us for scrap club! We are starting in July and running through November. We will meet once a month to create a few pages, chat, and inspire each other. If you can't make it to the club nights, you can get the kits from our gatherings mailed to you.
If you would like to reserve your spot or learn more about it, email me: vilmaldonado@earthlink.net.
Happy scrappin'!
